PROJECT TRIO
“BACH TO ROCK TO HIP-HOP”
Virtual Educational Outreach Video for K-8th Grade
I
The Artists & Program
Combining the virtuosity of world-class artists with the energy of rock stars, Project Trio is breaking down traditional ideas of chamber music.
The genre-defying Trio is acclaimed by the press as “packed with musicianship, joy and surprise” and “exciting a new generation of listeners about the joys of classical and jazz music.”
Blending their classical training with an eclectic taste in musical styles, the trio will take students on a journey through the history of music.
The concert will feature works from musical icons like Johannes Brahms, Leonard Bernstein, Charlie Parker, and Jethro Tull, and there will also be plenty of Project Trio originals that will have the students dancing in their seats.
