PERFORMANCE PROTOCOL

Part of the mission of Beaches Fine Arts Series is to teach children the proper etiquette for attending formal concert events.

Please observe the following suggestions when attending our performances, thereby enhancing the experiences of the entire audience.

Buses should arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the start of the performance.

Please encourage your students to use the bathroom facilities upon arrival or after the program.

If you have students with particular needs, please let our office know prior to the program.

No food or drink is allowed in the venues.

BUS REIMBURSEMENT

Please email scanned and signed busing reimbursement forms to Martha Gerding at martha@beachesfinearts.org

Beaches Fine Arts Series must receive the completed forms within 7 days following the outreach in order to receive reimbursement
